Car traders that illegal use public areas like Cardiff's street are the target in the action by city councilors.
These car trader use common road which blocks access to shops in which shops are losing possible income and also residents couldn't park close to their homes.
Canton, Wales councilors Richard Cook, Cerys Fulong and Ramesh Patel are calling city council for a new local by-law to enable them to crack down the problem.
