Cars being parked and sold at the roadside of Preston estates gained protest for clogging the street. Enforcement officers sticks notices on the reported cars that warns the sellers that they can be hauled if proven by the court that they are working illegally. This is due to new laws passed on October making it an offense for car traders that makes themselves as private individual sellers. More information on the link below.
