It's important to keep your self in a lemon law frame of mind. The GM company and other organizations, as such, definitely "shoot the loops" when it comes to keeping citizens from their rights. This needs to be addressed with precision and authority. If a vehicle purchased seems to have a flaw, then the company should, under the lemon law act, should reimburse the client, i.e. exchange your vehicle with a replacement or do a buy-back transaction.
