Wow! This is a brilliant idea from the state of California. This is actually why I prefer to live in California because the government continues to look for ideas in order to beautify the state. This idea of turning or making the cars into mobile billboard is just so cool. I think that a lot of companies will be interested in availing this service. This is also a great way to generate revenues or income for the state. I really hope that the people will support this proposal of this bill. Smart for Two is coming to America and though some say that its current four year lease deal will repel many potential customers, it is unlikely that anyone seriously considering purchasing an electric car would be highly repelled by a price of $600 a month. There is no price for clean living, and anyone willing to adapt their city driving to that sort of living will be willing to pay that much for the opportunity, not to mention the amount that will be saved monthly on fuel costs. China used to enjoy small cars that could only afford during the day their economy was still sleeping. When the giant rose, bringing more rich men who are able to buy luxurious type, they've surpassed the demand and the markets of other progressive countries. Mercedes Benz along with other high-end luxury cars are happy with the volume sales they are having on the country.Link: Mercedes Benz Enjoying Its Stay in China (mercedes benz

The days where Detroit ruled the automotive industry are long gone unfortunately. Like everything else, every industry is now driven by Asia and that trend will only continue. The people are there and the economies are not a messed up as America's. Without massive foreclosures backlogging and plaguing the economy, the Asian countries will be able to rise through the crises I think to a very strong position. While the concept of an electric car is seen by many as the solution to some of the world's biggest problems, some would not agree with the closing statement of this article, that producing this kind of vehicle is a win-win situation for everyone. If this was the case, then electric cars would have hit the market a lot sooner. Instead, there are many that would have this car stopped from being produced, one reason for this is that electric cars require much lower maintenance and service, which will greatly reduce car manufacturers' marketing power. Chevrolet has been a famous automaker in many parts of the world. A lot of people are impressed with the cars manufactured by Chevrolet. These days, there are many people who feel comfortable in using the word "Chevy" which is the shortened word for Chevrolet. General Motors is now serious for sending the memo stating to stop using the word "Chevy." Instead use the complete name of the brand Chevrolet. I think it is really reasonable because if they don't use the complete name of Chevrolet, it might affect the sales and marketing of this automobile brand.Link: Word Debate of the Day: Chevy vs. Chevrolet (chevrolet)

In many parts of the world, especially the well-developed ones in terms of manufacturing automobiles seem not too particular in keeping the old models. But I think it is really important to still give value to the older version of cars like that of The 1988 Chrysler New Yorker. I was disappointed to know that it was only placed on the dump easily. I think it will be better if they try to sell it to some car shops so they can repair the broken parts or damages and preserve it. They will serve as antique cars in the society.Link: 1988 Chrysler New Yorker in the Dump (old cars); Automo

It really is amazing how some people will not change their wasteful lifestyle in spite of a disaster like this happening. The oil spill that transpired was a huge crisis, and it was very close to home as it was right there in the gulf of Mexico. Yes, the large amounts of oil consumed by Americans and other Western countries (though the United States' consumption is by far higher than the rest) does have a hand in this kind of thing happening, whether directly or not.Link: Are You Willing to Pay $7 per Gallon? An unexpected result of the recent tsunami disaster which hit Japan this year is the inability of many car manufacturers to meet their previously agreed quotas with car dealerships around the world. Though the whole world is sympathetic to the plight of the Japanese as they work to rebuild their country in the wake of the disaster, in another breath they are clamoring for the car manufacturers to be among the first to get up and running.
