The Chevrolet Volt will be out in the streets soon and General Motors say that it would next year for a whooping $41,000. For plug-in hybrid, critics are saying its too much for most of the tax payers won't afford it, the very same people that saved the company from bankruptcy last year.
What makes Volt unreachable to the general public more is high mark up most dealerships are charging well above the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
